Tuition Rates

Families shall pay two (2) weeks in advance when the child is enrolled.  Those currently enrolled shall pay an extra $10.00 per week until total prepayment amount is reached.

The Director is to approve a payment schedule (weekly, twice monthly, or monthly) with each new family. 

All payments shall be made by check or money order.  No cash will be accepted.

The following day after a missed payment the family shall be given a verbal reminder by the Director and a late fee of $5.00 per day shall be assessed.  After one week, the Director shall issue a written reminder.  After two weeks, if the family fails to bring their account up-to-date, they will be told the child may not be return to ZDN until a payment is made. 

A 50% credit in tuition will be given to those who provide the Director one week’s notice of an absence due to vacation.

A 50% credit in tuition due to illness will also be given when the Director is provided with a doctor’s written excuse.

A deposit of $50.00 shall be collected for each child as they are registered for the summer program.  The deposit will be applied to the family’s account.

Any deviation of the above outlined policy is at the discretion of the Director.

Tuition Levels

Based on Gross Monthly HOUSEHOLD Income
Effective:  9/4/07

Drop in Childcare (School Age only) -  $18.00/day

Gross monthly household income will be determined by the completion of the Ohio Child and Adult Care Food Program Eligibility Application and 2 months of current paycheck stubs to be reviewed twice per year in August and February.  Failure to provide ZDN with the above information will result in payment of $85 per week for full-time students.
